OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
